"From El Paso, TX and I was driving thru town and saw this Home beacon! Was so happy to find this establishment open late night! I had to stop by and get me a Double w/ jalapeños! Location was very clean and restrooms were very clean. Staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed! I would definitely recommend you stop here and try their delicious burgers!"

"Traveling from California, I have to stop at Whataburger when I drive through Arizona, since there aren't any there. This location on Valencia was my first time here. The meal & dining area didn't disappoint. All of our order was served quick & tasty. The young man, Bryan who took our order was pleasant and attentive to our needs, stopping at our table at least 3 times to ask how everything was and if we needed anything, all while tucking in chairs, wiping down tables and the soft drink area and attending to customers walking in. I hope California gets Whataburger in the future, if not, I'll continue to visit this location for some really good burgers. Keep up the great work."

"Considering this establishment is right off of the freeway It was pretty clean. They were definitely hopping during the lunch rush and seemed to be shorthanded. But they made due and brought our lunch to the table with a smile. I tried that barbecue sandwich with the coleslaw and I wasn't a fan personally but my husband had the green chili burger and as always he is very pleased lol. If you stop at this location plan for a lengthy stop during lunch rush. They are doing their best but you may be sitting there a little longer than you would expect for fast food."

"Great comfort food. Excellent choice for dining to aid in recovering from depression or migraine headaches. I enjoy carb loading to reward recovery. Not the healthy choice but necessary for adding bulk during periods of decreased exercise and limited motion."

"I go for my brother, they are always nice and get the order right. Typically always fresh and at times there can be a wait but the food has always been good!"

"I had an issue placing a unique order through the Whataburger app (a burger with 9 patties!) — the order ended up canceling even though my payment went through. When I went to the counter to explain, the manager handled everything with complete professionalism. Not only did they quickly verify my proof of purchase, but they were more than willing to make the order right there on the spot. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and the whole experience turned what could’ve been a frustrating situation into a great one. The food came out perfectly, and I left impressed with both the service and the care they showed. Huge thanks to the team for turning this around — I’ll definitely keep coming back!"

"It was my first visit to Whataburger. It was pretty good! I dont eat fast food too often, so it's what id expect from fast food burger. I like that they had different sauces and even a spicy ketchup. The counter worker was pleasant and the place was clean. All in all, a good experience."
